You may have seen us at Priddy Festival 2010. Thanks to our presence at the festival many more local farmers are aware of woolcake and are working with us to produce woolcake wool, a truly somerset product.

New wool
We have a new product! Gorgeous light grey Shetland Chunky from Kirk’s sheep of course! It is a great colour, knits up wonderfully into garments and felts perfectly too.

KNIT expo
On Saturday 17 April we attended KNIT expo in Exeter and had a fun day; where knitting was seen as fun, entertainment, experimentation and community.
FibreFest
Woolcake took part in Fibrefest in Devon this August. It was great fun, everybody loved our products, especially our woolcake bunting. Our bestseller was the pattern and woolcake wool to make a Garter Stitch Cardigan.
